Our room was hot and it took a long time for the AC to work. I appreciate the staff for being patient with us in adjusting the AC and giving us a fan to help. I hope the management will check their rooms and re-evaluate their AC's.

Our initial room was very uncomfortable. The water in the shower barely came out, and there was also a large crack overhead in the ceiling above the shower. The room temperature couldn't be regulated, the refrigerator was on constant defrost, and we had to clean it before use. The remote control for one television had been chewed by a pet. Also, the toilet seat was old and broken. The door closer to our room entry wasn't secure and allowed the door to slam each time we used it (which I'm sure disturbed other guests). We requested to be moved after one night in that room.

It was old ,looked like no renovations for years. You had to drive away from where you checked in and no one was in the parking lot. It was a separate building several blocks away. We asked for a ground floor room because there were no elevators to the third floor and they said no room was available even though there were no cars in the parking lot. It felt very creepy. Even in the morning when we left there were only a dozen cars. I did not feel safe and put chairs in front of of the door. Would never stay there again.
