Everyone is so nice!! Staff went above and beyond to help us even the tiny details. We came back to our room from an exhausting excursion and our room was already tidy up, even our used clothes we left on the floor when we left were neatly folded✨ everything is top notch! So many restaurants/ bar inside to choose from as well!

I had a check-in time of 3pm. I arrived at 2:09 and was told I would be charged for early check in. I decided to come back at 3. When I did, I was asked if I had a pet with me. I told Booking.com I had a pet. They proceeded to try to charge me a pet fee. Then they collected a fifty dollar deposit from me for "incidentals, in case I cause damage to my room". I was not happy about any of this. Then I went to my room which was sparsely furnished with the cheapest possible furnishings. The grounds were covered with litter. I decided not to walk my dog there because the area was so filthy.
