This rental is centrally located and close to the university, and easy to get to. The house is adorable and stocked with everything we needed. My husband even barbequed steak on the grill. The wifi was a little unpredictable, but everything else was practically perfect. We stayed here in order to move our daughter into her college dorm. We had multiple packages shipped to the house that arrived during our stay. We received all the packages without any problems except for one that was actually delivered to the wrong address by the Amazon driver. The host(s) were truly amazing. They were prompt to answer questions, and even went as far as returning a package that I ordered after I returned home and accidentally had it shipped to the property. We will definitely stay at this rental in the future.

Perfectly located about 10 min walking distance from the town center. Very clean room and very friendly staff. Breakfast had a nice selection and most of the baked goods seemed to be homemade. The access to the cabins is easy and the surroundings are very well maintained. Love the coffe and recycling bin in the cabin!

The air conditioner in the room made some loud noises during the night to the point of waking us up once. However, the location where the cabins are situated is not noisy at all.

Close to the center of town with several very good restaurant options. The on-site restaurant in particular served an excellent breakfast. The room was clean and fairly quiet. The bathroom was very modern with a nice big shower.

I attended a concert across the street at the Fox Theater so this location was wonderful! Room was great and my interaction with staff was also great.

The only negative was street/traffic noise as my room was on the west side of the building. I ended up using a white noise app on my phone to sleep.

Everything else. -There was a condom wrapper in the shower drain as well as hair in the tub and on the floor. -the floor was dirty and not swept. -none of the lights worked beside the bathroom and mirror light. -no plugs outlets works beside the one by the sink. -we ended up getting very sick after we left. -the A/C was falling out of the wall letting bugs in all night. -there was black dust everywhere…
