The facility was old and not maintained. The pool was so cloudy you couldn’t see the bottom. The tables in the pool area were dirty. The floor had was littered with food. The emergency doors were rusted and the battery for the door alarm was sitting on top of it. The bed was broken and uncomfortable. The breakfast was not good. We skipped it the second morning.

Loved front desk staff and the on-site restaurant, pools, and ice cream shop. The room was a nice temp . The balcony was really nice. Access to the beach was easy right out the back door. I would stay here again.

Once you pass the reception area, it's kind of meh. Nothing that I would consider exceptional. The room wasn't "dirty" but didn't smell clean. Didn't stink, just no sense of just being cleaned. Floors in the room felt wet. Look, im picky, and I still stayed, so there's that! Arcade token machine didn't work, so that was a bummer. The ice machine didn't work on 5th floor, and once you step off elevator it feels like a sauna in the hallway

The staff was great. especially Kerry. Kerry works as an officer manager and is also doing work for them as a housekeeper. She has been superb and professional in work.

I didn't like the pricing strategy. The price constantly changes. Some of the stuff in the rooms are old and not up to date. Such as doors, the bedding, shower curtains and windows.

I requested a top floor room at the end of the hall. When we arrived, the desk said they COULD not make any changes because it was booked through a 3rd party, in this case Booking.com. I was very disappointed that all freedom in the reservation is non-exisitant. Disappointed enough to not continue using Booking.com in my travels. We travel alot and found that your company worked well for us however, I will discontinue using you guys. You have too much power over the choices made at booking compared to what actually happens at the property.
