  Key card lock was not working properly. Had to go down to front desk to get new keys. Lock was not displaying “green” to indicate unlocked and was always “red”. Took a chance and just pushed the door in frustration and the door opened. Paid for a room with a bed and a pull out couch…pull out couch could not be used as it was broken. Sliding door did not latch properly and windows were not sealed so the wind was constantly making noises. There is only a window AC in the living room with a ceiling fan and portable fan in the bedroom. Not ideal for Hawai’i summers.
