Near two metro stations, ~20 min from Midtown, ~40 min from Lower Manhattan. Close to Central Park. Good WiFi. Helpful staff. Room and bed were ok. Very clean.

Only drawback for the one night I stayed was that the AC did not work at all. Could be a problem if staying for longer..

Kauai is just beautiful when it comes to nature.

The island has changed in the last 15 years. We did feel like we were unwanted. There were still nice and welcoming people however one lady at the front desk was cold and unfriedly. I do get why the locals don’t want to have more tourists flooding the island. So the Kauai Island Magic has vanished from our quite oposite experience 15 years ago. So sadly this was our last trip to this Island but I we don’t want to cause anymore harm to this precious place.

My car was burglarized and they took my belongings. Even though I parked directly in front of the front door . In handicap in a well lit area. The after math was I was told the cameras were working properly and they didn’t have security

The only thing good about that property was lady broke at the front desk once checking in and get into my room. I grabbed my stuff right after I got back from the store and left. I was there less than an hour. The room smelled like urine there was dried blood on the sheets, and there was loose hairs. I left and went back to the Marriott. I’ll never try to save money and go with you guys.

If it wasn’t for Brooke, I wouldn’t have got my stuff that was stolen by the car. I dropped a pair of sandals on the way out they showed up missing. I guess she tracked them down. Then I left the charger on a phone in the room which I got back once I got checked into my new hotel. I don’t know why that girl is wasting her time at that place but there’s way better hotel she could be working at.

Very nicely remodeled hotel with many newer construction as well. Plenty of activities and cool areas, we arrived late and left early to go fishing so we didn’t get to experience the cafe or any events - will be back again
