The breakfast was definitely the best part of my stay--green chili on my eggs?! I'll take it. A great variety of choices. The place is very modern and clean, and I liked the location right next to I-25 and near some places I wanted to visit in town. I had a nice view of the Rio Grande valley out of my window.

Both an elevator and the pool were out of order--coincidence? The room with a king bed was on the compact side, but everything inside was very pleasant.

The property was quiet and had every base covered in terms of kitchen materials, and staples like coffee and tea. Fully equipped fire pit (including all wood and kindling), new laundry machines w./ soap, and porch grill were part of the package.

The staff was helpful - our room was near the smoking area outside which filled the room with a smoking smell. The staff helped get air freshener in the room. And we left stuff, which we were able to recover.

The screens have holes in them. The room smelled as if someone had smoked in it - see near smoking area. The parking was so full the first night when we got back, we had to park in another lot. The rates for summer are high.

Nice large clean room, cleaning staff were excellent. Checking in staff great!! 10-15 minute walking to Times Square.

Breakfast room was dirty and overcrowded, difficult to find a seat and the tables are not wiped down until after closing at 10:00 am. Food and drinks ran out of supply. The lift was inadequate for number of people staying there with a long waiting time on occasion. Only a blockout blind in the bedroom with no privacy curtains so the office across the road had full visibility into our room.

Description of facility stated it had a pool, hot tub and fitness room. We arrived and was informed that there was NO pool, the hot tub was closed due to repairs and the fitness room was unavailable. Very disappointing!!!
