      I asked in advance in writing for a quiet upper room - which they wrote back was fine. When I arrived, I was not given one. Instead I was given a main floor room by the ice machine. At 5:45 am, someone spent 15 minutes filling an enormous cooler, waking the entire floor. I had to call the front desk to ask someone to go stop them. The next morning when I mentioned it, the front desk clerk thought it was hilarious and could not stop laughing. I will never stay here again.
