The property is clean and quiet to be in a very busy section of Miami Beach and is in a perfect location to nightclubs and it has an exquisite Italian restaurant right on the property as well as an ice cream store!

The staff was very friendly. I had an issue with being charged twice and they were very understanding and fixed the issue right away. Breakfast was good, but needed more, in my opinion

The room door did not have the security bar, looked like maybe they had to break into the room at some point. You could see where it had been removed but not replaced. The deadbolt didn't really feel safe. The air conditioner needed vents you could position to blow air upward. It was cold but only blew directly on the side of the bed. You could feel the moisture on the sheets.

The hotel itself is clean and comfortable. The staff was nice.

The neighborhood the hotel is in isn’t the safest feeling place. We are accustomed to walking to and from the hotel to get coffee, go to restaurants, or to public transportation. My girlfriend mentioned the first night that she wouldn’t feel comfortable walking there alone at night. Also, the closest espresso shop was a half mile away. We didn’t try any restaurants in the area.

Nice location, comfortable beds, blackout shades.

Bathroom floor wasn't clean--sticky. Many hidden, fine-print charges means we won't stay again: 1) wifi costs $9.95 per day (seems ridiculous since most hotels offer it for free). 2) parking is $40 per day, but we found a public lot--Cheltenham garage--two blocks away that charges about half that. 3) No microwaves in room--only in a shared room with nothing but an ice dispenser. 4) Breakfast buffet is $25 per head. 5) No hot tub.

Everything. Staff, check in to check out

We were on the 4th floor. It took nearly 10 mins for hot water to become hot enough for a shower. I was thinking it could be because of low census and a Monday night, but staff said it was nearly full. Sink was plenty hot. Very strange.

It was unsafe. There was one basic lock on the door, a big gap under the door, a sliding window in the bathroom with a piece of wood to keep the window from opening. Someone moved the wood. I felt very afraid and left without staying the night.
