Love a capsule hotel. Cheap private and comfortable reasonable location pleasant people and staff. They even had comedy night which was nice

My light by my side of the bed was out. We must have walked up and called several times in 2 days and she kept telling us the maitenance man would bring it. He never did!They never cleaned our room!!! All we needed was swept out and straightened but never got any service and we were up and gone each day early and came back late. The door wouldnt close on the toilet room! We had to go to the office to get more washclothes and toweling. I was just really not impressed, at all! And its not like it was super cheap...pd 70 per night.

The room was filthy dirty. Holes in walls. Curtains had stains all over them. There was a contact lens on the bathroom sink. So that tells me it was never cleaned before we arrived. The door wouldn't lock. Had to prop a chair against it at night. Night front desk clerk very rude. Limited you on the amount of towels you could use and the room and blankets smelled very musky.

It was a decent experience, bathtub was caulked together poorly done, bathroom door didn't close, iron was missing top so water was leaking all over my clothes, the first night we smelled sewage in our room, no one was able to come check it out "we have no other rooms so there is nothing we can do about it". Disappointed! breakfast was pretty good but eggs were not replenished fast enough for the crowd. Coffee not that great, otherwise it was decent.
