Booking.com booked the hotel, when I call to confirm the booking ,the hotel clerk stated l was not booked there. I then call booking.com back to express to them, but I had heard from the hotel that I was that booked. They stayed they were call and text and get the information corrected of them.com. Call me back and said they didn’t answer the text nor would they answer the phone calls so I waited the next day and I called Booking.com again I had talked to them on three different occasions regarding this booking so on the third time I talk to them I finally got someone to call them. Will get in touch with them and when I called back to confirm the reservation then they said they did have a reservation. This confusion messed up my little vacation down there.

Kareem. at the front desk, was extremely helpful. I thought I had booked two rooms, but actually only reserved one. He managed to arrange two rooms very near each other. We were at the end of a long day flying from Europe and dealing with lost luggage. Thanks to your staff, we were able have a soft landing spot and a good night’s sleep.

1. No Continental breakfast. 2. They had only a few luggage carts and when I went to find one early in the morning . NONE FOUND. People are keeping them in their room overnight so they have it in the morning ( not cool ! ) They should have to sign them out at the desk. 3. Toilet is LOW to the floor. Feels like sitting on a pot. It must be tough if your old ,overweight or have bad knees ( LOL )😂 I don’t think they make toilets that low anymore 😂 Good for little kids 😆 Walls, floor, rug ,tub ,and sink were clean. I hate to complain but some things needs a little TLC . Balcony glass needs better cleaning, A/C on outside and Balcony floor needs painting. Spruce it up a bit. 4. WI-FI WAS TERRIBLE ! On my laptop and iPad it kept saying, NO INTERNET CONNECTION or POOR INTERNET. We could not watch our SLING TV . We could not use our devices for things we had to take care of. THAT PROBLEM SHOULD BE ADDRESSED IMMEDIATELY. 5. The TV had a poor quality picture ( probably because of poor quality internet) and the TV could be bigger. 6. Parking was great but if you were unlucky to not get a spot on the hotel grounds you had to park across the street behind a building. It wasn’t a big deal to walk. And as far as I know all parking is free. 7. ALL IN ALL we liked this place and even though I think all hotels are expensive THE OCEAN RESORT room prices were much more affordable than other places and in the future if they FIX THE WI-FI and don’t overcharge for rooms we ill definitely stay here again. When your on social security you have to find reasonable hotel prices.

The only thing I didn’t like were the use towels that was place there, having a rental home I think new towels should be placed in the home for persons to use because you don’t know what kinda of skin problems they have and a second set of sheets to change based on the length of time there!

I was very disappointed with my stay at the hotel. The staff was unhelpful and not welcoming, which made the experience uncomfortable. There was no air conditioning in the hallway, making it hot and stuffy. Additionally, there were no napkins provided, and the electricity kept cutting off during my stay. The bed also had visible stains, which was unacceptable and made it difficult to sleep comfortably. Overall, the hotel did not meet basic standards of cleanliness and service.
