Yes this resort was the worse one we have ever stood in, the view they say you will be getting is a lie all you see is the parking lot instead of a marina view when speaking to the staff they said I would have to overlook the parking lot and I will see the view so rude.

The view and the pillows were the worse the restroom is so small can’t even use it comfortably and the toilet is so low worse one ever I will never be staying here again.

The room was obviously used by smokers. Both cigarettes and marijuana. All my stuff still stinks! I got up in the middle of the night because I was thirsty. No bottled water anywhere! I would not recommend.

We really liked the lovely gardens that were well maintained and the pool, with a DEEP end that one could actually dive into. like the old days. Provided towels at the pool were also a nice feature. The outside table by our door was great for morning coffee. Lauren in the front office was very friendly and helpful.

Small touches were nice. Welcome/goodbye on the tv screen. Small light on. Very welcoming when I arrived. Prices reasonable in restaurant. Food was good. Limited but good. Everything clean and sharp looking. I’d stay again if I needed to fly out from Richmond.

Some staff couldn’t speak English. Not a big issue but even when I said thank you, for cleaning, I just got nothing but her back. Happened at the desk too. I apparently approached the wrong person. Airport shuttle 15 mins late.

The room was fantastic. Lots of light, the beds were comfortable, and white clean sheets. The breakfast was ok. I have had better. Lots of choices, and we ate something different every morning. The staff was incredibly friendly. Always smiling.

Renovations. No mention of this on their site, and the hammering until 6pm was a bit annoying. I think they should definitely let the customers know or offer a reduction in price.
