The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, the plumbing is high-quality, and the beds are comfortable.   Gem of a property! We stayed in the Lotus Suite as a family of three: myself, my husband and our 4 month old son. There was plenty of space for all of us (even with a pack and play), and the furnishings and decor were impeccable. Location can’t be beat, just a quick few minutes walk to the start of State St shops and eats. Even though there are no staff on site (so communications are handled via text), they were very prompt in answering any questions we had. Would love to stay here again.

  The suite is on the first floor, so some noise from the upstairs main house unit can be heard. Nothing that a sound machine or ear plugs can’t fix though.

  Staff were very friendly! Beck and Bridie were very helpful and friendly. Pool was nice, small outside balcony near it and nice views from breakfast area tables. Breakfast had nice options. Walked to Denver children’s museum and aquarium from hotel. Very nice stay.

  To solve the issue with the double charge, the contact with the front desk was very helpful and pleasant. She helped significantly to solve the double charge issues. Thanks for that.

  I booked the Hotel over Booking.com for two nights, my booking was confirmed. I got a call from OYO (Hotel works together with OYO) at 5pm on the day of the first night that I could not stay in the Hotel because it was overbooked. No offer to help to find another acomundation. We as a family had to figured out where to stay. According to booing.com the next available room was over 2 h car drive away. For us as a family with two little kids ment that a significant amount of stess. In addition to that the Packwood Inn charged us with the cost for two nights and OYO charged us as well with the costs for two nights. In addition to all of that I never got a written confirmation of the cancelation. I got my money only back after a couple of phone calls. I general very unpleasant experience!

  The room was small but clean, with good facilities. Location was good.

  I have stayed here before and everything was fine. But this time the bed and pillow were so uncomfortable I had trouble sleeping. The TV didn't work and when they fixed it, it only had one channel. When I called for help about this, no one answered so I went down to the front desk. No one was there and the lobby was shut up even though it was only 9pm! What kind of people are running this place? The breakfast is so pitiful it doesn't even have yogurt.

  They have a 75$ deposit requirement, however didn’t find this out untill a week after i had paid for the room and was already checking in, only had cash on me so at 10pm had to go to 3 different spots to try and load cash on a card or else i wouldn’t of been able to check in
