      We loved the location and ease of getting to the beach. The continental breakfast was really good and had alot of options. Staff were friendly and always greeted us. Also very quick to take trash and clean tables after people were done. Loved the double shower head in the bathroom. Also loved the amazing view from our balcony

      The toilet in our room didn't flush very good. Took multiple flushes to get it to work. ATM on site did not work.

      We love the size as it had enough room for everyone, the amenities, the location. We found the beds comfortable but were firm memory foam, I mention because others dont love that and there was only one that was softer on the top floor.

      The parking was very hard to find, we only did because of other descriptions. There were trash cans blocking the one side of the alley. We arrived at night and it felt like we were driving on someones lawn instead of an alley as it was mostly grass. We could not see the parking pad past the garage and fence in the dark.

      Couldn’t reach front desk via phone had to actually go up there. I just wanted more towels House keeping has no patience they busted through door. If my check out is 10 don’t bother me or try to come clean the room until 10

      lovely staff at check in. Really terrific coffee and work space on the 27th floor with an outdoor covered balcony

      Also the room was clean, the electronic plugins for computers and phone was quite dated and the USB bedside didn't work. The mattress was too soft and saggy for my taste. The next room over was a smoker and filled my room with cigarette smoke. Lastly when the next door occupant came to the room, it sounded as if someone was trying to get into my room- kinda scary.
