We loved the number of beds and how comfortable they were. The space was clean and ready on time. There was a reading nook with a unique wood chair and furniture was positioned to look out at the mountain. It was so enjoyable to enjoy my coffee on the balcony and enjoy the view of the mountains right in front of me! There were plenty of towels and additional towels for swimming. The river in back is delightful to swim in. Both indoor and outdoor pools were clean. The game room was fun for the kids. The location was fantastic! Close to the mountain, Clark's Bears, Franconia Notch, Whale's Tale, Echo Lake and many good restaurants. A Price Chopper is right down the street. Communication from the host was excellent. We would definitely stay here again!

The rooms and building were very clean and the facilities all worked well. The AC was perfect at the end of a long day at the beach.

We could hear every noise coming from the hallway. The door basically had no sound or light insulation. The door had large gaps all around it which lit the room up at night. We were concerned that people could hear any noise we made from the hallway. The seal on the doors need improved.

The staff was very unprofessional. I pre-checked through their website and checked in at 3pm when I was supposed to only to be woken up at 12am that night by banging on my door. The man was in plain clothes and did not verbally identify himself as maintenance or hotel staff so I did not open my door. He then unlocked and opened my door only stopping when it hit my bar lock. I called the front desk because I assumed he was another guest of the hotel or someone who had entered the hotel unsupervised. They informed me that he was the superintendent and they asked if I had checked in. I confirmed I had and they apologized and hung up. When I went down to speak with them both the man who opened my door and the girl at the desk were casual as if it wasn’t a big deal and said they found my paper work and everything was in order. I don’t understand why they didn’t call or message me before to entering my unit. Why they wouldn’t identify themself when knocking on my door or why they wouldn’t wait until a more appropriate hour to enter the unit. It all just made me deeply uncomfortable as a female solo traveler. I struggled to sleep there after because I found myself paranoid about staff entering my room.

Have kids don't stay had a complaint every night because of my 6 month old cry because he was either hungry or stomach hurt. Pool was not clean daily. Beds uncomfortable.
