I love everything aspect of it. From the minute I walked in I was greet by Alex at the front desk with a smile and very attentive while I shared we wanted to leave our luggage before checking in. Alex, proactively checked us in early and we started to have a great conversation regarding their facilities, restaurants, cafes and more. Kara and Naermah were the nicest one when we were checking out. Engaging in our next trip conversation and sharing great places to visit.

Staff and amenities were great! Only problem were the elevators. The main ones weren’t working, so we had to use the Service Elevators. We had 200 people for a Wedding and everyone was always stuck waiting and waiting for the very slow elevators. A lot of people’s formal clothing were dirtied from the dirty Service Elevators. It caused a lot of problems for all our guests!

Elevators were horrible!!! Put our whole wedding behind schedule waiting and waiting and waiting for the dirty Service Elevators to arrive. Going between drools constantly for photos of the Bridal Party. All guests were very frustrated and mad that their formal clothes were soiled in the dirty elevators. The whole situation was a mess!

We loved the location, it being right on the beach and boardwalk. Everything was a walk away. The room was clean, the staff was very nice and accommodating. Quick check in, and check out. We will stay there again, next time we go to ocean city.

Parking was confusing at first as they have two different lots. Not even really a complaint because it was free parking. Just was confused by the separate lots.

Rooms are small. Stayed in double queen bed room but hardly had a space to open my suitcase and move around. No drawers Or shelf in the bathroom and no potatoes in breakfast Or no changes to it. Breakfast room gets crowded and had to eat standing for some time

Our room was by the laundry facility. Loud and vibrating starting at 5:15am. Woke us up startled. It sounded like walls were being knocked down. When I tried to move they didn't have any rooms available. The best they could do is start the laundry a little later 5:45am?? There should be discounts on these rooms. I would have gladly booked at another hotel.
