      I liked where the location was so we could drive to restaurants easier and the staff was very kind.

      They double charged our card for the room so we had to wait had a week to get $400 back. The rooms were okay (I had the suite and it didn’t smell) but the hallway when you walk into the building smells horrible. The staff was super amazing though and helped us get a refund.

      - One of the receptionists had a very bad and dry attitude!!! Didn’t explain what was being authorized on my card, didn’t smile, interrupted me several times!!! - No sufficient information regarding hotel facilities was provided - No complimentary drinking water offered! (Available for certain IHG tier members, otherwise you have to pay for it) - No Free parking - For Intercontinental hotels chain free parking and drinking water not available by default is very weird !!! - You could hear the water in the wall from the bathroom of next room
