Breakfast sucked. I was expecting the usual eggs, cereal, sausage, juice, etc. I couldn't find the breakfast area so asked where it was. Desk clerk pointed to 2 coffee pots, some muffins on the table and oatmeal but no milk. I took all the muffins, made some hot chocolate and went back to my room

I had made a reservation but when we arrived the clerk said she had no reservation for me, but gave us a room. Next morning I checked my laptop and found two reservation confirmations. It wasn't a big deal. We had a room for the night, but we stayed somewhere else the rest of the trip.

The view and the grounds were absolutely beautiful! The beds were comfy…plenty of coffee…loved having two bathrooms…spacious apartment. The hosts were very accommodating with our particular situation. Thank you.

The pool area is always nice. Morning staff on weekends & one of them on weekend nights is super helpful. Got credit for accommodation, which is nice.

-The price. I've compared prices & despite using a payment plan on booking- it adds up to be damn near $400. Yes, even on BW website. For only 3 nights. -This location is not worth the price unless you have kind of deep pockets or use plans to pay things off over time. - no connection / no wifi to watch my shows from my device which connects some of the time. This has been a consistent issue. -Get weird vibes from a new hire. Do you all carefully vet who works with B.W. ? I sure hope so! -You may or may not have a working shower. Past - there has been disconnected shower know from the wall. - better privacy for the pool area ! Tell me why I pay $$$ with taxes for a mid stay?

Very disappointed the hot tub was not working and me and my daughters were so excited about it. But it was not hot at all. We asked front desk and they didn’t know. Also called front desk and it was always busy.. never an answer in 2 days, wanted another blanket.
