We thought we bought a room with a balcony (our fault) we didn’t so we upgraded that next morning and moved to room 201. We moved everything. Started to cook that night (they make you ask them for a tote of dishes) we open the tote and see a roach and then right after that 50 roaches start coming out the walls etc. at all cost avoid room 201. We went to the office and demanded a new room. After that our next 4 nights were decent but you know if there’s roaches in one room they’re in all rooms. Mind you we had a baby in a pack n play pretty much on the floor with his bottle! We were furious. They knew this as well with us having a baby. You get what you pay for though. Although with upgrade we paid over $900 for 6 nights.

I requested a top floor room at the end of the hall. When we arrived, the desk said they COULD not make any changes because it was booked through a 3rd party, in this case Booking.com. I was very disappointed that all freedom in the reservation is non-exisitant. Disappointed enough to not continue using Booking.com in my travels. We travel alot and found that your company worked well for us however, I will discontinue using you guys. You have too much power over the choices made at booking compared to what actually happens at the property.

Unfriendly receptionists. Super loud with 6 weddings - drunken people walk thru corridors all night long. Poor sound proof.

The room was spacious, warmly decorated and comfortable. Our only problem the refrigerator was not turned on and we couldn't figure out what we needed to do. Everything else was great. The breakfast was good and all of the staff were very friendly and eager to help.
