We stayed in the Tennesse, which is on the bottom left on the picture. We had an AMAZING view of the river, nice outdoor patio access, and plenty of room for two. We had people next to us, but it was still very quiet. The riverview was gorgeous, and we saw deer and bats while there. We didn't know what exactly to expect, and we were pleasantly surprised, and it all exceeded our expectations. The keyless entry was very easy, and communication from the owner was very clear. It's a short drive from downtown, a little far too walk, but that's what we were looking for.

Arrived on August 15 at 9:31. Office was already closed. No one there to check us in. Hotel charge for us for the room anyway. I rescheduled to August 16 in told the clerk what happened. She said that we were supposed to call for a late check in, but that message was not relayed to us. And we deserve our money back for August 15.

Don’t like the fact that I arrived on time August 15 at 9:31 and no one was there to check us in but we got charged for the room. Also did not like that our windshield got bust out of our car in front of the hotel.

Location, beautiful grounds, very nicely decorated, food was amazing! We took horse and buggy ride with our kids. We got a little bit of history of the property and got to see the beautiful grounds. Definitely worth it!

Clean and comfy, all the extras you could ask for!! All the staff were helpful and accommodating. The beds were amazing and comfortable! We will def be back!! Pool was amazing too!!

Only thing I can say as maybe a little constructive criticism, if the pool is “heated” as advertised, then it needs turned up. If it isn’t heated, then you need to remove that from the advertisement. Also, the bathroom had no working fan, so the mirror would stay steamed up and it would not smell the greatest.

My son didn’t like the bathroom door that opened all the way out. It was more of a challenge for him to close it since he is disabled.

The one king bed was lumpy. A blanket had someone’s loofah left from a previous tenant. We found pink shorts that were under one of the bunks with hardened dog feces. No amount of sweeping would get up the sand. Believe it was coming from the balconies. Not enough seating in the LR space to watch TV. Had to plunge the tub from which dark hair came up. We are a family of redheads and blondes. There was burned food on one of the burners. Luckily we got our cleaning deposit back. I did break the broom provided (we immediately went and bought a new one). All in all we will choose another place to stay next time.

Very tight quarters knats everywhere, tub clogged the whole time. No coffee. Tv aweful, internet slow and aweful. Air conditioner fan made a loud noise all night
