Location right off the freeway was nice with lots of food choices right around you. Price was good compared to other options in Gaylord. Young lady who checked us in was excellent. She deserves recognition based on how well she handled things up there.

Rooms were a bit small for a Hilton brand but it's our first time staying at a Tru property. Breakfast had potential in that there was oatmeal offered but it looked days old (very dried out and not edible looking at all). Hard to believe (more shocked) that was put out there in that state.

There was a mix-up in the reservation for my son's room. In the middle of the night while my son was asleep, another guest walked into his room. The front desk had assigned another person to the room my son was already staying in. It was a very frightening experience.

We needed a hotel for the night before our cruise. It was $244 to stay on the Friday night that we did. The location was literally awful and felt unsafe. The room had no toilet paper upon arrival. We had to ask for some. The carpets were so dirty my baby had black feet from walking on them. The AC unit had mold. We complained to booking and the hotel was only trying to offer a $30 refund which is absurd for a $244 stay. We have a 1 year old and having mold in a hotel room is absolutely ridiculous. $244 for a crappy hotel room that isn’t clean.
