Beds were comfortable, room was clean, breakfast was more then just waffles which was great. Sausage, eggs, biscuits, gravy, cereal choices, bagels, toast and muffins! Plus good coffee or apple/orange juice! Staff were friendly. Nice area close to everything we wanted to do.

Parking was good the first couple days but Saturday we had to park on the other side of the building from our room. Bit inconvenient but not a deal breaker. Just made us a bit nervous about not being able to see our car from the room.

They didn't clean 😪 the day I was there and they didn't provide towels I had to bring the ones that we used in order to get cleaned ones so I just said nevermind

EVERYTHING! The guy at the desk gave us the keys for 2 rooms and when we got there, the rooms were open and when we checked, both were not even cleaned yet. There were 3 other guests that were waiting for their rooms to be cleaned as well. I didn’t go inside the room, I just went straight back and handed the keys and told him I am cancelling. What a wasted trip.

The staff did not greet me when I went to check in. They spoke in their language the entire time I was checking in. There was an issue with the booking.com reservation and the front desk girl was so incredibly rude and refuses to help. The showers ran out of hot water. Maid service never came in the 3 nights we were there. Breakfast was limited hours and food choices. Had to continuously ask for towels. And every afternoon our key cards quit working and we had to go down to the desk to reset. Will never stay or recommend this place again

Our smoke alarm kept going off in the middle of the night. Called the front desk and she blames a hot shower. My daughter didn’t even shower hot water. It was warm. She didn’t seem concern or caring that it was going off in the middle of the night and even not trying to help us. Inform me that she can get someone to come look at it but it will take a while for someone to come to our room in the middle of the night. The ac I. The room seems to not get cold. So glad it was only one night stay. Will not stay here again when we’re in town!

The day bed should really be traded for a queen/full bed. It became very limiting for a group of adults renting this property. Low water pressure but not unbearable.
