This was a cheap room. We figured we would get what we always get for the price. Some below average room to get us by and some rest after a 13 hr drive. However, what a pleasant suprise! Clean. Comfortable. Convenient. Had an Ottis Spunkmeyer muffin and coffee/juice for breakfast. We had Matrix soap products. Located right by the highway and tons of food and shops. Pulled right up to our door. Very safe. Well lit. Friendly folks! We will be back each time we visit our grandkids! Also we ordered Domino's and had it hot and fresh in less than 20 mins.

We got 3 pillows instead of 4, but we had a big, nice, clean, king size bed. Haha! No real complaints. Satisfied for sure!

The host was very friendly, and the check-in process was clear and hands-off (everything was open and waiting for us to arrive). The space was great, perfect for our needs, very cute and quiet. Definitely not a place to party, which was exactly what we were looking for. Area is close to great coffee shops (give Ballers and Brew a shot!), restaurants, and there is a running path for those who enjoy a morning jog. The common sitting area is very peaceful.

The grill didn't seem to be working, so we took that off of the table, and a few extra touches would be very much appreciated: recycling bin for cans and glass, a larger garbage can under the sink, and a kitchen faucet that has pressure/reaches around the sink for easier cleaning. Very small things, loved the place overall.

I stayed at this hotel 2 years ago. It has a restaurant, bar, pool. I liked that I knew what I was getting. Worn carpets, in need of updates - more charging capacity required in the rooms. But safe.

The price. I had to pay quite a bit more than my last visit...... with zero improvements to the facility. Further, they now charge $15 per day to park your car. The US is a place where one must drive to get anywhere. The car is not in a garage. The Valet is NOT bringing the car to the front of the hotel. They have a HUGE lot of self park and now they charge for it. It IS THIS $45 charge- on top of the $$$ room rate - that had me investigate other hotels before I left Syracuse.

Side door entrance did not have a ramp off the curb to wheel luggage. Breakfast was mostly carbs except for watery eggs and sausage patties. No hard boiled eggs offered. If you have the time go to the Cracker Barrel a block away.
