The staff was awesome, when I checked in and realized I was on the second floor with no elevator, she offered to give me a first-floor room. I am a 67-year-old grandma staying with my grandson's who is 2 1/2 years old and 9 months! I could not make it up and down the stairs multiple times during my stay! There was a beautiful walking trail overlooking the river. My grandson loved it and so did I! We made some amazing memories with the pictures taken I'm sure my grandson will come back to stay there when I'm gone, and remember how much fun he had with his Grammy!

There were not enough children's channels on television for the boys to watch. He kept asking to change it, not that one... oh well we had more things to do than watch television anyway!

The property had a lovely view and was close to things I wanted to do and see. The included breakfast was amazing. Great fresh food and very tasty. The dinner experience was also delicious, although a bit pricey. The staff were all very accommodating and friendly. Also the bathroom very tiny and dated.

Parking was not convenient. Very little parking next to the hotel and a small and inconvenient gravel parking lot down the road which required a short hike. Also the walls were paper thin and neighbors were very noisy late into the night

I like the big room. The parking was off the street but not good for a big truck like mine. I was able to maneuver in it although carefully.

I didn't like being on the third floor and the price for 7 days was a little high for my taste but expected for California. The bed was a little too hard for my taste.

The hotel location doesn’t get more convenient if you need a place to stay near Grand Central.

This hotel is not very clean and desperately in need of renovation. The room had a new bathroom but, apart from that, it looks like they bought the furniture at Restore. I had to move a table to plug in my chargers. The curtains were dirty and the air conditioner had that mildew smell like it hadn’t been cleaned. cleaners left debris on the hallway floor and a cleaning bucket with stuff in it. I took a photo of that.

The hotel is literally falling apart. Leaks from the ceiling and mold all over the roof in hotel lobby. I dont even understand, how does the city pass the permits for such place. Had to get my keys replaced 2 times since they wont tap us in the room. Whole hotel had a unique odor.
