Room was good and really clean. Outside door handle completely broke off when we entered. Made me feel a bit unsafe. Not the motels fault but the highway noise is pretty bad. Walk in shower ran water all over the entire bathroom floor. Shower doesn’t drain properly. It isn’t sloped enough or built right. Made the floor slippery. Staff very good and accommodate my requests. Will stay there again.

Location can’t be beat. Rental of “candy store” equipment. Offered suntan lotion and after sun lotion in lobby. Stored luggage after check out. Friendly concierge. Microwave

Rooms dated and old. Towels are tattered and frayed. Had to ask for fresh towels and coffee daily. Front office didn’t answer the phone several times. Complimentary morning coffee machine in lobby “out of service” entire time. Japanese restaurant menu isn’t visible—feels off-putting and exclusive. Guests should be given discount and menu should be posted at least in room! No laundry bag. Staff seemed aloof. Not very welcoming. I specifically told them it was my son’s birthday when I booked and they did NOTHING special—no sign, greeting, nothing. Very disappointing.

The front desk agent was very helpful. My wife has difficulty walking, so the agent was able to provide a room that was much closer to the elevator.

The smell of smoke :( I know it’s tough but oh my goodness my clothes are stained with the smell. Getting into my room was a hassle and the staff made us feel like we were the problem (we weren’t)

The property has a lot of construction going on so it was a bit loud and the parking lot was full of items leftover by the construction workers (bottles, cans, etc) that I was constantly driving over.

I first stayed here when I moved to Washington, and even that experience was amazing. Fast-forward to now I’m a huge fan of the upgrades to the room, the increased cleanliness, and the great staff. I’m a big fan of ordering from Jimmy’s while I’m there, and it’s always great food.

Honestly, the only dislike is that the ice room wasn’t as upkeep as I’ve seen other places, but the machine itself was well-maintained.
