We loved the location and it was sparkly clean. This property had everything including spices, salt, water etc. The kids room had lots of games and books that kept my toddler busy specially the fussball and small pool table.

The location was okay. Had the weather been better it would have been more ideal. But it rained three of the four days we stayed so we just accepted that we were going to be wet.

The host and his lack of professionalism when it came to the responsibilities of his condo. We communicated days prior to our check-in because we moved our original reservation to his condo about six days prior to leaving. He approved our early check-in and answered all of our questions that related to our preparation strategies since it was a family trip that included our six and eight year olds. Upon arrival the security guards told us to message the condo owner and ask that he send the guest email because they didn't have us listed and for us to make sure the condo was clean. Within minutes my phone started to ring and I received panic emails because somehow, on his end, he failed to make those arrangements. When I answered the phone yet he was surprised that we were already there and that we found the condo unwelcoming. We were told the cleaning service lady was dealing with a flat tire but would be there and that perhaps we are entitled to a refund. This was at 2pm. Prior to this, we did not receive any notice of our room not being ready at pre-approved check-in time. Since it was storming heavy we agreed to leave and make our grocery run and let kids pick out the traditional beach toys at Alvin's Island. Arriving again at the standard check-in time of 4pm, the room still wasn't clean. I sent an email this time asking to be advised because we had not been updated in two hours. Only at this point did he say that " maybe I should call someone else." The service lady did show up well after 4pm with her daughters to clean the room. We left once again to not be in their way. The linens seemed sterile because we pointed out all the black dog hair that was on them when we first entered the condo. We dealt with dog hair the duration of our stay, perhaps it was on the black pleather couches. The bedroom TV did not work and the Mario game in the living room did not work.

They allow dogs and we were traveling with our labradoodle. The bed was comfy.

We paid for a non-smoking room. The first room we were given smelled strongly of cigarettes and weed. I have asthma and I'm pregnant, so my husband requested a second room. They moved us to a room in another building with indoor hallways and that room was much better. My husband saw that one of the cleaners was smoking as they were working, so I'm not sure if it was a worker or something who stayed in the room, but the smell was very strong and very fresh.
