The location of this hotel is not far from the rice fields and is a short drive to other locations. Cafes and food options are in walking distance as well.       The best part of this hotel was the excellent staff. Joey, at the front desk was super friendly, professional, and helpful, offering restaurant recommendations and arranging a ride service for us. The lobby/bar had a nice relaxed vibe. The hotel is in a great location to walk to shops and restaurants.

      One of the mattresses smelled super strongly of cleaner or pesticide or something. The other mattress was fine and the room and bathroom was very clean, but the smell on the one mattress gave me a headache, although I’m pretty sensitive to strong scents.

      Floor tiles dangerously uneven in hallway. Small bathroom. Overpriced. Price went down after i booked but I was charged the higher price on arrival.

      Bed comfy and linen nice. Bathroom upgraded looks good.

      Staff were disinterested especially the reception guy who was glued to his phone. The wifi didn’t work the 2 nights we stayed, apparently it “blew up”. This was a major inconvenience for us being from another country, trying to remotely run businesses. Don’t clean the reception floors when everyone is checking out and going to breakfast, it makes no sense. Broken lamp in room.

      When I order my food, they didn’t let my DoorDash come deliver my food to my door. Housekeeping after I told them I was good and I didn’t need anything. They kept consistently knocking on the door about every two hours and pushing the door in, and I felt very uncomfortable and unsafe.so I left tut hotel next day. If I’m paying 500 for the hotel, why do I have to pay $25 a day for a microwave in $66 for parking? ??? Never again

      Room smelled like cigarettes when we entered. Was dirty, trash still on the floor, beds were itchy, and sheets disgusting. Blood and dirt spots on blankets and carpet. My son found a drug needle and lighter in the room as well.
