Grace at the front desk made the stay for us. She helped us store our luggage there for 2 weeks while we drove around Alaska until we returned for a cruise. She also arranged to get our luggage to the cruise ship on our return. The hotel itself was conveniently located and nice. Value for money is hard to judge because the room rate seemed high for the facilities themselves but it was also high-season in Alaska and the location was great.

The staff needs to be more customer service friendly, the parking is outrageous for as much as the room price is. I personally won't stay here again .
