Clean - it was very clean and good new looking feeling bed. Everything looked good as an experience friendly - he came to the room and fixed our tv in minutes, nice - the clerk was super nice . room was cheaper than I had ever paid only like $53 for a Thursday- I think It was super quiet and nice

Swimming pool looked nice but had a lock and rope around it so it wasn’t available. The phone had no cords and there’s no phone number listed anywhere not even online to call the front desk because the tv needed to be programmed to work and their was a guy smoking weed walking everywhere and setting on the steps. We had to walk up stairs also there’s no elevator. And there’s no breakfast. Or coffee or anything. The towels are tiny. There’s no little shampoo and conditioner or lotion bottles only 2 bars of soap. And the shower is small and the curtains come off the line and you can’t put it back on- and there was a cigarette burn on the commode seat in my non-smoking room. The front desk guy is never there it takes several minutes to get him to appear so you can check in. I already paid online for my room But it took about 45 minutes to check in because he was not findable.

This hotel has friendly and helpful staff. The indoor and outdoor pools are a great place to relax. Location is quiet and peaceful, and nearby to all the attractions in Pigeon Forge. Hotel was clean and well maintained inside and outside.
