Hotel was in a good location, very clean, and comfortable beds. Breakfast was pretty good, with omelets, yogurt, pancake maker, etc

We had a room on the second floor, right off the elevator . The noise was incredible. There were kids running up and down the hall. We could hear people walking above us. Doors closing in the Nextdoor rooms. We could hear everything. Thank God it was only one night. The outside of the hotel was still decorated like it was 4th of July, not sure why.

Ease of walking to restaurants, attractions, etc. Loved the Deli restaurant/sandwich shop! Wonderful maintenance staff!

Parking fee expense! $30 would be more than adequate! Bathrooms need to be updated. Tub especially slippery for Seniors!! Towel hanging racks needed plus wall makeup swing out mirror.

the place had a ver derty carpet and lamp shades the desk had a missing front board the TV did not work though 3 remotes were there. there was damage to the mirrors scracted into them. even after I called about the TV and told her of the 3 remotes that did not work nothing was done thought she aid she would sens someone! I also ask if they had a place I could do laundry ands she sais yes but the dryer did not work. I asked if their was a place i could go to do it she said no! but there was a place!

Klamath Falls is one of the foulest smelling places. The moment we got out of the car it smelled and when you check in, they warn you about bugs that can fly into your room. They were flying around all outisde the room.

I sent my elderly mother with fear of her health and safety. They didn't offer a shuttle or get a taxi for her to get food at a another Hotel, she almost had to go to the hospital because they told her to walk a mile in the heat. She almost fainted. The other Marietta hotel took her back pick her belongings and checked her back out. Ramadan clerk was rude, unexpected to refund her money or offer any assistance.
