  The location is awesome, within walking distance of many restaurants and cute shops. I was able to park right outside my room. Was pretty quiet. The place had functioning AC which was essential with the 90° heat. The staff at checkin was really nice but that's all the interaction I had with anyone there.

  The whole place has the deep saturated stench of a wet moldy rag pile left in a basement. Just a constant feeling of dampness in the room as well. The beds were comfortable and no bugs anywhere, just smelled bad enough we bought bottles of febreze from the local grocery store. Thankfully we didn't spend any more time in the room other than to sleep.

  Location was convenient. Check in/out process was very easy. Room had a very clean feel and had lots of space.
