- “The photos were real. The view was beautiul, the beach was literally within a minute from the apartment house. Everything was clean and our host was amazing. He answered all our questions and even provided us with an iron. We loved the place so much, we didn't even want to go to other beaches and villages. There were two tables set up on the balcony and it was big enough for us to eat and even work a bit. The balcony was cool enough to have our lunch there. It was quiet in the evening but very close to "downtown" to go for supper or to the other beach. We had the most wonderul time at Endless Blu!”

  The location. The room size the two different sleeping areas- 2 beds a king and a queen. Plus a sofa and balcony. And space for coffee and computer. Right on Lake Heron. Value was excellent

  We was on the 2nd floor and the elevator was broken so we had to carry all of our stuff up the steps. Then we was there for 5 days and we never had anyone from housekeeping come by. When I said something after the first night they said I had to request housekeeping to come when we went to breakfast so I went to the front desk requested housekeeping and yet they still never came. We was out of toilet paper, Kleenex, paper towels regular towels I mean they really didn’t keep up with things and I was told that they were understaffed. I feel the hotel itself should’ve taken something off our cost of the room for the elevator issues. I and the other people I was traveling with will never use them again.

  Informed front desk staff that our vehicle was in need of a battery from the unloading zone immediately started to get attitude stating that it could be towed!! Ubered to and from Walmart, replaced battery. Moved vehicle to regular parking. Also there were other vehicles that were in the unloading parking spots for at least three hours that I was aware of. No handsoap in the bathroom, the shelf in the shower had a tacky substance on it. The room door was difficult to open and shut.

  Room was very clean. Bed and pillows were great! Hotel is dated but room was in good shape except for rust in the shower. And the toilet is VERY low to the ground. Breakfast was way above average that I've had at other similar hotels.
