The therapy pool was so relaxing. Our room with hot tub was very clean and comfortable with a microwave and fridge. It made it easy to bring our breakfast and snacks. Loved the fire pit!

The parking below was very difficult to turn around in. We ended up parking above because it was just too awkward below. Cell service was very spotty for me.

Bathroom didn't match the room or even the hotel as a whole, looked like it came from a lot older and lot cheaper shady hotel. The beds are supposed to be queen sized according to the website but they sure seem like they're just full sized but I can't say that for sure without busting out a tape measure which I'm not that "special" minded

The property is well kept and maintained. I like that the building color is red. Which is different from other hotels.

I did not like that the elevator buttons are not as well maintained as it should be. In the lobby, the button light was out and the elevator plate on the 3rd floor was loose and the button light was also out. Not a huge deal, but should still be fixed.

No Air Conditioner ! Toilet kept running. You can hear the upstairs Shower water running through the pipes. Door Knop was very loose. Inside felt like it would fall off soon. Not enough wall plugs at all. Only one between the two Queen Beds. Then one for the TV & only Light on Dresser. Only sealing light near window. So it was really dark when sun goes down. Bath towels were way too small. Remote didn’t control the Volume at all. We had to go & feel for the Volume buttons below the TV.

Pricey for what it is, an aging facility with worn out everything, matresses, shhets, towels, carpet stained and really old. Breakfast was there but subpar for the price. Yes it is peak season on the Kenai, but this was basic at a midrange price.
