I really didn't dislike anything. I will make a suggestion on putting a pool in the back by the patio. That is the only thing that I can say thos place needs. Customer service on point rooms super clean and fresh. Location perfect 👌.

There were no lights in my room. The TV didnt work and neither did the air. I went to the desk to see about a refund and stay elsewhere and the man brushed it off fixed my TV for all of 2 hours and he was done. I drove 9 hours so it was either cut my vacation short or stay there. Also they had bed bugs so all the clothes we all brought stayed in my car in a bag. This was the worst family vacation ever will not stay. Also asked for a refund after I stayed and was refused Also this whole time a manager refused to speak to me.

Too close to the street. Heard truck traffic all night long. They allow pets and heard a large barking dog until 10:30 PM. Cracked sink. Place was well worn but the bed was comfortable. When I went to check out, had to wait as there was no staff responding and not a way to summon them (bell).

Barely slept because the bed was so uncomfortable. Arrived in the room was hot and the air conditioning was not turned on and it took hours for it to get cooled down. I noticed stains on the wall near the coffee area and the wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom. The bathroom is very aesthetically displeasing. Breakfast hours are only until 9:00 which is inconvenient. The breakfast was disgusting.

They refuse cash for the deposit and when I did a card for the deposit, they have held my money for almost a week now! This is ridiculous. I need that money. I hate that hotels keep your money tied up.
