Super cozy and good size room for a mother/daughter trip with 2 queen beds. Note there were some stairs up to our room, but that may not be the case for all 2 queen bed rooms. The breakfast buffet was delicious, the property was beautiful to walk around, and the other food options were wonderful as well (salads, drinks, outdoor pizza night with live music). 10-15 walk to main street if you're able to navigate some steep stairs.

The staff was amazing. Tom Nancy and Matt are down to earth and very accommodating Location is ideal and close to everything. Had a great time in area and the tips they gave was on the money !!! The breakfast was fresh and on time to your liking.😁 Would definitely come back.

This property was beautifully decorated and very clean. The proximity to the boardwalk is great. The hosts were responsive and helpful. I absolutely loved that they had snacks, beverages, and little odds and ends. I would definitely stay here again.

There wasn't anything I didn't like about the property, but we happened to visit during a storm watch, so we weren't able to get in the water at the beach.

The stairs you had to climb outside the apartment to get in. The jacuzzi tub would have been great if the jets had worked. The remote for the downstairs TV had no back, so the batteries kept falling out and stopped working altogether toward the end. We were given the wrong internet password and code. Blinds in the large window in the living room would not come down, so they could not come down at night and close.

Double studio. Photos were misleading, nothing double about it. "private" bathroom consisted of a common/shared area connecting a separate toilet, a separate shower and a separate bedroom. Super steep stairs. Toilet is not usable by someone who is either big or over 6' tall.

Ceilings had damage, master bath shower was slow to drain and then the sand from prior stays would remain in tub; yuck! Ceiling fan in main room was filthy and we had to clean ourselves before we could use. Couch and two chair had to be covered because they were stained and looked dirty but overall the stay was pleasant after we took care of these things ourselves. Contacted housekeeping and they said they would call back but never heard from them again.
