      The staff was fantastic! They are going through a major renovation and the entrance was moved, it was being painted as we were in the "lobby" and the staff could not be more apologetic about the inconvenience.

      The noise of workers during the night. I understand they are renovating but the noise outside woke me up several times.

      The apartment was amazing with everything we needed to be comfortable. The view was beautiful . We enjoyed the pool and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

      The spiral staircase to the loft was challenging for us to get luggage up and down. I didn't see that in the room description, so maybe a heads up in case of older occupants. It did add to the charm and the bed in the loft was very comfortable. Amazing views from up there.

      The location was in walking distance to concert venue. The beds were comfy and room was big! The staff were friendly!

      No water when we woke up due to a pipe in town busting and the valet was pretty backed up. It didn't really affect us any plus they offered a sister property 3 mins away for showers.

      The mattresses were not the most comfortable. The Heating system was confusing, as the upstairs thermostat did not seem to control the anything, Heat only worked on first floor. One bathroom.
