The window listen to the Creek all night. Decor modern and comfy. Close to restaurants Cherokee, relaxing area. Will consider staying again. Dog friendly and nice walks. Loved it

We were supposed to be checked in at 4pm and they didn't check us in till 4:30pm. Once we were checked in, we noticed that on one of the beds had food crumbs. I don't think they even changed out the sheets. I did call the front desk, and they were really nice and sent up new sheets. Besides the dirty sheets everything else was great.

Property was beautiful and comfortably furnished.

When we arrived a smoke alarm was beeping which we contacted the maintenance people who were very helpful. AND three of the rooms upstairs had no electricity. We were able to find the electric panel and switch on the electricity. However, after we returned to the house later the rooms were without electricity again. And we were unable to switch it back on. The next day the maintenance person was able to fix the smoke detector but was not able to fix the electrical problem. SO we were trying to use the rooms in the dark. The bathroom in particular was hard to use in the dark with no light from the window. We were told an electrician was needed to fix it. I hope before the next folks arrive.

The room was barely larger than the bed with no other furniture or reasonable location to hang cloths. The receptionist warned us that the room might not be what we expected and that it was "minimalist." Which was an understatement. A false fire alarm woke us early in the morning, and the staff gave us a refund. This hotel is not suitable for travelers above college age.

I was having a nice time, until it was time for my party and could not get into my room. This was a bad experience for me. I expect better customer service. Take care of the customers and make them feel comfortable and want to come back. The elevators move at a snail's pace.
