There were MANY things wrong with the house starting with a garage code that didn't work. So we were told there's an extra parking spot above by the road, but the other homeowners on the road had all their boat trailers parked there with no extra room. Filter for the water on the refrigerator was on and also on the stove vent. I found it hard to miss, but the "cleaning" people did. The floor had a small cup of water spilled on it and when it got cleaned up the paper towels were very dirty. The wifi code was incorrect. We were asked to take our own garbage up to the road in a regular sized garbage can, yet told the parking was for compact cars. We had children, and plug-in covers were missing. The hot water didn't always work. The ice maker in the refrigerator didn't work. Paddle boards in property photos but locked with no access.

The condo needs lots of work. There’s a loose board on the balcony and the recliners handles were broken and were not working properly. Also, the carpet was in a serious need of a good deep clean! They were gross looking.

Price was good for what we got. It was clean and comfortable.

There was no soap, soap dishes or the extra towels we wanted. The breakfast was not what we expected. Very little to choose from. The girl at the front desk didn't bother to let us know anything. We had to ask when breakfast was. There was no information in the room as to when it was either. No tv channel list. Nothing to help with our visit. We found the do not disturb sign in the closet. One of the chairs to sit in was so dirty otherwise the room was clean.
