Enjoyed window size, could sit and read in them. I enjoyed how hot the shower could get. Other guests we encountered seemed friendly. The staff was nice and nonjudgmental. Room was clean. Amazing location.

I live in the metro Detroit area and was nearby for a conference. I was too tired to drive home so I booked a room. I left my phone charger in the room, 404. Later that day, I called the hotel and asked if I could come by to pick it up. They said the staff had not turned anything in but would check again and circle back. They did not, so two days later, I called again and the person said they would have to check with the manager. I did not hear back. So, a few days later I called again and the person said he would definitely check with the manager. If their team had taken and kept my charger, I asked for a $40 credit to my room charge. I have not heard back from anyone. The hotel either does not follow procedures related to guest property or someone on the team stole my charger. Either one is inappropriate! My guess is that the cleaning team found the $5 tip I left. I told the people I talked to exactly where the charger was left: it was an Apple circular magnetic one left on the desk to the right of the TV. Also, the second time I called the hotel, it rang over 100 times before someone picked up and over 200 times before someone picked up the last time I called.
