They started charging 25$ a day to park your car. This could keep me from going back. I wish they would just include it in the room price. I stayed there in March as well and parking was free. I hate that they do that.

The elevator was hot hallway hot room with roaches as soon you turn off the lights air conditioning on room super noise and not cold at all plus they charge more 100& at night and plus pay for parking

Rooms took longer to get cleaned before checking in (3:45pm). Coffee is only served from 6 to 9. Breakfast choices are severely limited for vegetarians. Only bread and bagel.

Unfriendly receptionists. Super loud with 6 weddings - drunken people walk thru corridors all night long. Poor sound proof.

I liked the view but the view didn’t make up for all the filth from the floors to the refrigerator to the dirty dishes in the cabinets. Had to wash all the dishes. Also the Air Conditioner wasn’t working upon arrival and had to deal with their HVAC repair man for several hours. Couldn’t use the deck due to a disgusting moldy rug. Almost all the windows were dirty. Dead bugs on window sills. Found what appeared to be blood on one of the bed spreads. Totally dissatisfied!

The room was spacious, warmly decorated and comfortable. Our only problem the refrigerator was not turned on and we couldn't figure out what we needed to do. Everything else was great. The breakfast was good and all of the staff were very friendly and eager to help.
