WiFi, Location, Staff, Pool. Adele from El Salvador and Casey at the front desk were especially helpful and kind. They made check-in and other requests much easier. Really appreciated their attitude and support!

The room (109) had a musty smell. The door code at check-in was incorrect. The room didn’t have a hair dryer or basic amenities like complimentary water or coffee. It was noisy — lots of street traffic sounds. I don’t care actually about sound but I mention for future customer. Housekeeping came too early (around 9:30AM), knocked once, and didn’t return, so the room stayed uncleaned. Room change was requested but not possible.

Location was great - near shops and very close to excellent public transport which made it easy to get around even without a car. The property manager was very responsive to our requests.

The apartment was described as luxury but in fact was basic in terms of furniture quality and decor and not the most comfortable. The apartment was mostly clean, but some of the appliances had calcium buildup and there was rust around the drains. The china and cutlery were clearly old and scratched. The TV had to be constantly rebooted, sometimes 3x before we could get it to work.

Very upset with my stay. Minutes after checking in A umbrella outside by pool fell on me while pregnant. Room had leak had to change rooms.

No accomodations was offered to me after being assaulted by a big umbrella by pool fell on me while I'm pregnant what if it would had hit my children. The room had a leak my 4 year daughter fell from slipping in water we had to change rooms. The manager offered us to go to another hotel because of the issues. What? How is this customer service we spent good money to be here. We were not treated fairly after these issues
