Let me tell you this place was WONDERFUL!! It was in a great location right off Staples, down the street from a grocery store and lots of great retailers. Starbucks was within walking distance. No small children made for a quiet stay and peaceful sleep .

I liked the overall size of the rooms. The bathroom was a decent size as well. Everything was relatively clean and neat. The staff was very professional and friendly.

I didn't like that the gym had only one operating treadmill out of two. Even though there are two entrances to the gym only one will allow entry and it's not labeled or marked to tell you to us the other side. I didn't like that the refrigerator setting wasn't adjustable and that it was set so low it didn't keep things cold. I didn't like that the safe needed new batteries and was dead upon my arrival. I didn't like that they seemed to be understaffed and when I tried to call to make a breakfast order and no one answered. I called the front desk and they told me the cook wasn't answering the phone because he was in the back filling orders. They said, I could come to the front and make an order with them. I feel like that is definitely understaff.

It seemed like housekeeping didn't do a complete job as we checked in. Shampoo bottle was completely empty, which I didn't realize until I was showing half way through. The lady at the front desk was very nice and brought a brand new full bottle to our room immediately so I was able to finish showing. It wasn't a huge deal for us but I could've done without it after a long day.

Was there for a con and I’m a cosplayer and instead of allowing us to enter conference center inside the hotel, the hotel made us walk outside without cover in 90 degree heat or pouring rain to access conference center. As a frequent con goer and cosplayer, staying inside of hotel is a priority especially when in costume. The parking was crazy as room keys needed for in and out access and gates constantly broken. Also not enough shelves in bathroom.
