The bed sheets were heavily stained, pillows were very uncomfortable, in the shower there were a few strands of what could either be pubic hair or armpit, bath soap that was supposed to be sealed was completely opened and bar of soap more than halfway out, and the room had a very heavy smell like wet carpet.

The place was absolutely filthy. The staff was rude and didn't care about any of the issues that we brought to him. The sheets looked like someone vomited on them. They had not been changed in a while. There was trash on the floor, and the floors were sticky. We went to the office and asked if someone could come clean the room. We were told no. He gave us other sheets and told us to take it up with the manager tomorrow morning. We got back to the room only to find out the sheets we were given were 1. Dirty and 2, they were too small. We went back to the office and asked if we could get clean and the correct size sheets? We were told that "no, that's not possible to tell the difference." We asked for our money back and were told No. It was 11:00 pm. We called Booking.com and explained the situation. They didn't help us at all. They said that we would hear something in 24/48 hours. The only choice we had was to either sleep in that dump without any bedding or sleep in our car. It has been about 5 days, and we haven't heard from anyone. We will NEVER stay in an "Extended Stay" again. And we won't use booking.com either.
