The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.
2
When guests stay at the property, they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff is, and more.

After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

The hotel was very nice , the manager went out of her way to help us find room for our truck n trailer. Room was clean and comfortable, nice place to stay and great location.

Towels are very old and not stack neatly. Feel more like kitchen towels than bathroom towels. Parking in hotel is $65 per day

Bathroom sink plugged entire stay. Told front desk clerk I who indicated they were aware and some one would fix same. At check out the maintence mgr was there and advised no one advised them. Secondly our tv remote didn’t work and again they were advised and nothing happened. Thirdly you had a boil water alert. There was nothing put out. My wife and I had coffee in our room. I found about this when I later went to the front desk to get some coffee. They and restaurant weren’t making coffee due to the unhealthy water. I asked why they hadn’t notified guests because we were drinking the water. The response was a shoulder shrug. This health scare wasn’t good for us as both elderly. We will be home in two days and will put this review on social media.

We stayed at the Inn closer to town one night in the humpback shack as it was the only place available and it was so much fun and so unique that we decided to book a couple days to stay in the yurts and check that out as well. The location was quiet in the Yurt villages and the staff was very friendly and answered any questions. There were lots of things to do and it was very relaxing. Anyone can stay in a hotel, but the yurt experience was much more fun. It still had amenities such as bathhroms and running water. Definitely worth the stay and much more fun than a motel or hotel. We live in Alaska and typically take out camper to Seward, but this was worth the experience.
