That they were quick to switch our rooms when we had the original issue. Nice snack selection downstairs with bill to room option.

The morning breakfast and how hostile the staff was when my husband went down to grab quick food for the 4 of us. The room that we checked into originally was absolutely filthy, pubes all over the bathroom, and beds were not changed clearly. The elevator wouldn't close, so we decided it would be safer to use the stairs. Literally a half an hour after we were switched from the first room to the room next door, they put new people in the original room for the night. I dont think they cleaned it before hand. Not a good experience at all.

I don’t understand why so few reviews mention this, but the property is located right NEXT TO A RAILWAY. The train passes every hour blowing its horn, and when it does, the whole place shakes. It was absolutely impossible to sleep. I understand this is not the hotel’s fault and that the train is part of the history of the area, but the fact remains that we didn’t sleep a wink all night. I’m sorry, but this MUST be mentioned and cannot come as a surprise

The sheets were stained. Looked like a possible bedbug infestation prior to us staying although couldn’t find any evidence of bugs. The rooms and lobby smelled.

The AC in our unit did not work right and the room was hot. Luckily we had two rooms that had a connecting door so we opened it to get cool because the other room had a new AC unit.
