They upgraded me at no extra charge due to 1st room reaking out weed. This weed smell tells me the room was not cleaned properly. I am a head housekeeper for a mariot hotel in nh. This would never be ok in my hotel I work at. And should have follow up as this was bad at 2 am.

Walking in and finding a room reaking of weed smell and being told to hang tight for a second to find a room. The crew on was working hard to fix mistake. I know they happen but this was 100% avoidable. Re train your house keeping staff on room cleaning this will prevent this ever taking place. If you have systems this was a miss.

The hotel was easy to find right off the main interstate. Breakfast is available as an option when you book. If you forget, it is available for purchase at a reasonable price. Roughly $13 per person for the buffet.

Narrow doorways in the elevators were difficult with the wheelchair. I needed to purchase something to be able to reach the buttons once I entered the elevator. The doorway was narrow for the room. The chairs and decor in the restaurant were tattered and torn really taking away from the atmosphere.

I loved how nice and accommodating the morning staff was! The room was super clean and any problems I had, when I went to the front desk they did everything they could to make sure my needs were met!

They said they have breakfast but when I went down there I saw no breakfast some oatmeal and coffee and that was it.. I'm currently pregnant so eating a big breakfast is something I need every morning so I was super let down with that. Also the dryer machine ate my money for drying my clothes and when I told the night shift front desk person he didn't offer to give me my money back or anything so I lost 10 dollars altogether trying to put quarters in and the machine refusing to take them.. didn't offer to refund me or accommodate me by giving me a free one time dry for the inconvenience

That they were still under construction and not all anemeties were available. But it was of no concern. They are not finished yet. I can say the only thing I didnt like was the city it was in, I hate midland with a passion.

Lots of damage to the room when we checked in. Made the staff aware and was not offered a different room or a discount or anything. Was charged for parking in the onsite parking lot. Should’ve been included in the cost of the room. I have stayed in many hotels and NEVER had to pay for parking onsite. Also, the security gate broke. My partner and I didn’t feel safe, especially in a state where I wasn’t allowed to bring my personal defense weapon.
