Location is great with lots of restaurants within walking distance, home is very well equipped with kitchenware, super clean, modern, and a really comfortable place to enjoy one or more of Seattle’s iconic neighborhoods, places and activities! Mariners game, kayaking on Lake Union, sunset at Gas Works Park. Rooftop and view of downtown and Lake Union were bonus. Glad there were blackout curtains in both bedrooms as neighboring lights were really bright. Communications were great!

I didn’t use the garage (not because i didn’t “like” it) but found nearby street parking. Patio furniture on the roof has seen happier days but we didn’t spend much time up there anyway.

The most affordable place and the best service I ever had,, The property is undergoing renovation. The manager krystle has been doing her best to make it smooth and comfortable. Its a very homey feel and safe. And you cant beat the price.

We were able to check in earlier and the staff were friendly. Convenient location and close to the concord pavilion. Off the freeway and close to stores and restaurants.

Nothing. The place smelt like fish upon opening the front door. The kitchen was filthy. The room was a box and the neighbors tv was bouncing off the walls.

The room we were in, 107, looked out on the parking lot. The windows to have light and fresh air was on the parking lot. People walked by 2 ft by the window. Absolutely no privacy. There could have been privacy sheer curtains. We left a night early

Breakfast offerings were terrible. No real oj. Looked like HiC coming out of oj machine. Only hot stuff was waffle maker. Whoopie!!! We went to McDonalds. A/C unit vent was broken and not adjustable, kept blowing on our heads so turned it off. Placement of unit was not thought out well at all. For $150 night not a good deal at all.

Hotel was clean and staff was helpful. The bed was not comfortable and the seagulls were super loud outside our window. Dogs were allowed in the hotel and there was a yapping dog next door. Needless to say, terrible night sleep.
