Only one unexpected minor incident: During our late arrival and check-in (after a delayed flight we had informed the hotel about), the front desk staff was initially unsupportive. When we asked for the duty manager, she aggressively stated she was the manager and that no options were available. Only after insisting were alternative rooms offered on the same floor to keep our children closer. While a solution was eventually found, the situation could have been handled with more flexibility and professionalism from the beginning.

The 3 room suite was more like two double rooms connected with a large closet as the third room. Carpets were stained. Beds felt like they were 20 years old. Room was kind of blah and felt like an old dorm room.
