The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.
2
When guests stay at the property, they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff is, and more.
3
After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

Staff was great. BUT we had to move rooms due to construction noise and the 2nd room had electrical issu, electrical outlet did not work..... Hotel was basically empty but website didn't disclose any issues. The staff people (Ana and K.C). were very helpful and responded quickly and appropriately in what I consider a bad situation. I was very unhappy that the construction issues were not disclosed in the website I booked on.

Beverly was absolutely amazing. We were scheduled to show up at 4, but she already had the cabin cooled to the perfect temperature and left inside and outside lights on. She also checked on us about an hour after we settled in. She checked both days to make sure everything was perfect and was available for any questions we had

Location was great and the room had phenomenal views. You need a code to get into the main doors of the building so it keeps random people out. There’s a general store and theme park right across the street so it’s a quick walk to activities if you have kids

Whoever the room cleaners are need to be fired because they’re horrible. I left the room cleaner than it was when we got there. The staff tries to keep up with cleaning the elevators and hallways though

Breakfast was good. Choice of breakfast sandwich, yogurt, cereal, think I saw apples, coffee, juice, just the basics to get you goin. The room was small as expected, clean and cold, had a small fridge and microwave. It was cool.

The staff were very nice and tried to accommodate us the best they could. That being said. When we first walked in the hotel it smelled moldy. I had booked 2 bedroom large suite, with 3 beds. There were 5 of us. I had also made sure the hotel had an elevator, because I have trouble walking and managing stairs. The room they gave was downstairs in the basement at the furthest corner of the hotel. Needless to say it was a long walk and hard to get our luggage down the stairs. The room was at the end of the hall, and the ceiling at the end of the hall was leaking and they had buckets out catching water. Although it was not raining. The room was dirty and the bathroom smelled like urine. The toilet was leaking water on the floor, and the room smelled of mildew really bad! Out side the bedroom window was a homeless man sleeping. The extra security devise they must on the sliding door was broken. The walls of the room were peeling. So, we asked for a different room, but because we had booked through booking.com we could not get a refund to go to another hotel or apply the money we had already paid for the room to another room. Finally, after talking to the manager. He said he could give us a smaller suite. With two bed instead of three. It was on the main floor so we took it. The second room smelled a lot better and was cleaner than the last. However the hot water in the room would not get hot. After running the water for 30 plus minutes. We were able to get Luke warm water to shower quickly in. The breakfast consisted of cold cereal, toast, muffins and bagels.

I booked 2 rooms at the hotel over a month pryer because we were moving our daughter into collage for her freshman yr. We drove 5 hours and showed up at 5:30 pm to check in ,after waiting at the counter for more then a 1/2 hour ( sign said be right back ) to find out they overbooked and our rooms were no longer available , this was collage move in weekend and every hotel was booked and by this point if there were availability it was the price of a used car . In addition, Stephanie at the front desk was incredibly rude, not only to us, but to other customers, that had issues with their room, she told one lady that was complaining that her room had smoke coming in her room from a vent to just go back to your room
