Carlos the valet parker on night shift saw someone checking out and quickly gave me that spot. I was very appreciative. Thank you Carlos for your hard work and dedication.

Drive 9 hours to attend a funeral and their was no parking at the valet parking when we arrived. Once the valet parking is filled up that's it. That was not told to the lady staff member that came on night shift so it wasn't communicated to me at the front desk. I don't think the Spanish lady showed any remorse of what happened. I didn't like that part at all. It was very cold in the room as we walked in. I tried putting the temperature up and it was still freezing cold in the rooms. I reserved two rooms.

The open shower let's too much water go all over the entire bathroom floor. Should have a bumper. Tracks the water all over the floor in the room. Had to use too many towels to wipe up the floor to dry it.

The location is a little strange. The frontage is looking at the side lot of a declining strip mall. In this side lot was a LOT of, let's just say, unscrupulous activities. We'll let local law enforcement handle it, but not the kind of place I'd like to step outside after dusk. BIG ding for that.
